Plasma cutting
Plasma Cutting Line, 12,000 x 2,500 with remote programming, nesting for consumption optimization, for ferrous and nonferrous materials, with thicknesses up to 60 millimeters. Possibility of machining also on AISI 304 and 316.

Pressing
Two CNC press-forming machines with thrust up to 400 tons allow processing up to 4,000 mm. Qualified technicians work in the most accurate observance of the bending parameters, indicated by the manufacturer or the standard, in relation to the nature of the material and the shape of the part.

Medium-heavy structural carpentry
Following cutting and press-bending, the tacking and tack and 'corner welding of ferrous material manufactures, parts and assemblies of machines and plants, including complex ones, is implemented.
CND for guaranteeing the special process of structural welding, according to the Customer's specification: from visual to volumetric with ultrasound.

Mechanical processing
Large and diversified fleet of CNC machines, planing machine, milling machines, turning centers, , sanding machine, broaching machine, for mechanical machining for removal with very tight dimensional and shape tolerances and precision mechanical couplings.

Assembly and pre-testing
On Customer's specifications, we also operate the assembly of parts and assemblies of machines and plants, complete with components from trade and, if required, also pneumatic or holodynamic feeding and regulating systems. Pre-testing by the Customer can take place at our premises or at the destination of the manufactured item also with the presence of our technicians.
